What to Expect From Counseling

Emily strives to create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgemental counseling relationship for all. By creating a trusting space where counseling participants feel free to speak their truth, individuals can grow in an environment that focuses on their future of achieving established goals and solutions.

Solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches are utilized through the different types of counseling services to identify the strengths of those receiving counseling. Goals will be set to help establish solution-focused conversations to create more communication and understanding through the therapeutic relationship.
